Waterford
Lake-adjacent lots, a brand new K–9 school and twenty minutes to downtown Calgary on the Trans-Canada.
Chestermere without the compromise.
Waterford is the last major phase on Chestermere's south edge, and the one we waited for. The lots run deeper than the city average — enough for a real backyard behind a three-car front garage — and the phase backs onto a stormwater pond system that's been landscaped as pathway rather than fenced off.
Chestermere itself has grown up. There's a full-size Co-op and Sobeys, a recreation centre with two sheets of ice, and the lake is genuinely usable in summer — boat launch, beach, paddleboard rentals. What it doesn't have is Calgary property tax or Calgary traffic.
We hold lots in Waterford in phases 4 and 5, including several walkout and pie lots suited to our estate plans. If you have a plan in mind, tell us and we'll show you which lot we'd put it on.
