We're a small builder on purpose. Fewer homes a year means the person who quotes your build is the person who finishes it.
Our story
We started because we kept getting the call after somebody else finished.
Devine Custom Homes began in 2005 doing renovations — and a surprising share of that work was fixing new houses. Deficiency lists nobody came back for. Basements that should never have been finished the way they were. Homeowners who'd never met the person who built their house.
So we started building. The rules we set then still hold: we cap the number of homes we take on each year, we keep the same core trades on every site, and the owner's phone number is on the contract.
Twenty years on we're in four communities across Calgary and Southern Alberta, we've delivered more than 180 homes, and about a third of every year's work comes from someone we've already built for — or their neighbour.

Walkthrough, deficiency list closed before keys, then warranty service that answers.

New Construction
Front-attached, laned and estate homes in Waterford, Heritage Hills, Greystone and Calgary. Choose a refined plan or start from a blank sheet — the build standard is identical either way.
General Contracting
One contract covering every trade, permit and inspection. You get a single schedule, a single invoice stream and one person to call when something changes.
Project Management
Already have drawings and trades? We'll run the schedule, coordinate the site and carry the permit and inspection load on your behalf.
Build on Your Lot
Acreage, infill or an inherited quarter section — we assess servicing, grading and setbacks first, then design a home that suits the land instead of fighting it.
Commercial
Small-format commercial construction, tenant improvements and retail build-outs across the Calgary region, run to the same schedule discipline as our homes.
Custom Renovation
Structural renovations, additions and whole-home rebuilds. Where we started, and still some of the most satisfying work we do.
