We buy lots before we sell houses.
Most builders take whatever inventory the developer releases. We walk the phase first — grading, sun exposure, sightlines, what's going in across the street in three years. If the lots aren't good, we don't build there.
It's why we're only in four places, and why we can tell you exactly which lot in a phase we'd pick for your plan.
