Devine Custom Homes started with a simple frustration: too many new homes are sold on a spec sheet and finished by whoever was available that week. We do the opposite. The same team that walks your lot before excavation is the team standing in your kitchen at possession.

That means fewer homes a year, longer relationships with our trades, and a build you can actually watch take shape — in person, or through your BuilderTrend portal at 11pm.

They caught a grading issue on our lot before we'd signed anything. That told us everything about how the rest of the build would go.

We changed the kitchen layout twice and never once felt like we were being difficult. The revised drawings came back in three days.

Possession day was the least stressful day of the whole year. Everything on the list was already done.

The BuilderTrend portal meant I could follow the build from Fort Mac. Photos went up the same day, every week.

Two years in and the only warranty call we've made was for a sticking door. They fixed it in four days.

Our renovation touched every room in the house. Same crew from demo to final coat — that never happens.
